How does FF work?

Grab the button above and create your own post using the post prompt.
Visit Parajunkee & Alison Can Read and put your Blog name & URL in the Linky thing to link back to your post prompt. You can also grab the code if you would like to insert it into your posts.
Once you have your post up and linked, visit other posts and tell them “Hi”. The point is to FOLLOW them not just comment.
The person with the most likes gets chosen as the next Feature (you can be chosen every 90 days unless we are in need of features)
It is required that if you participate that you have to follow the FEATURE. It is a big no-no to participate and ignore the feature. They are the special snowflake in this little blizzard.
State in your posts how you would like to be followed. Follow Follow Follow as many as you can, as many as you want, or just follow a few. The whole point is to make new friends and find new blogs. Also, don’t just follow, comment. Another blogger might not know you are a new follower if you don’t say “Hi”
If someone comments and says they are following you, be a dear and follow back. Spread the Love…and the followers.

This weeks question:
Why Did You Start Blogging?
I started blogging because I love to read and review products that I love and blogging gave me a platform to share by big mouth opinions! I also like to meet other bloggers and see what they have to say about books and different products. Win! Win!

Most Anticipated Reads of 2016 -> #FF Feature & Follow Time

FF_2013Button

THE FEATURE & FOLLOW IS HOSTED BY TWO HOSTS, PARAJUNKEE OF PARAJUNKEE’S VIEW AND ALISON OF ALISON CAN READ. EACH HOST WILL HAVE THEIR OWN FEATURE BLOG AND THIS WAY IT’LL ALLOW US TO SHOW OFF MORE NEW BLOGS!

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

The goal is to increase blog followers and make friends. First you leave your name here on this post, (using the linky tools — keep scrolling!) then you create a post on your own blog that links back to this post (easiest way is to just grab the code under the #FF picture and put it in your post) and then you visit as many blogs as you can and tell them “hi” in their comments (on the post that has the #FF image). You follow them, they follow you. Win. Win. Just make sure to follow back if someone follows you! What sets this Hop apart from others, is our Feature. Each week we will showcase a Featured Blogger, from all different genres and areas. Who is our Feature today? Find out below. Just remember it is required, if you participate, to follow our Features and you must follow the hosts (Parajunkee & Alison Can Read) as a courtesy. How do you follow someone? Well, if you have a preference, state it in your #FF post. A lot of blogs are transitioning to WordPress in which they do not have the luxury of GFC, so an RSS subscription is appreciated or if you choose an email subscription. If you don’t have GFC please state in your post how you would like to be followed. All features are chosen randomly to be the feature. They are not chosen by content or name.

This weeks Featured Bloggers: A nights dream of books and Inked Brownies!

This Week’s Question:

What books are you most excited for in 2016? – Suggested by Alison Can Read.

There is only one book that I am really excited for right now and that is One with You (Crossfire Series Book 5) Kindle Edition by Sylvia Day. I have been waiting for this book for two years and I can’t wait!

This Week’s Question:

What is your preferred format for reviews? Do you tell the story or do you focus on characters and the reason someone would like the review?

I like to give a summary of the story and the characters and what I thought of the book with a little sarcasm and wit, here and there. Or at least I try………
