BOOK REVIEW of Summoning the Demon (A Witches Business Book 1) Kindle Edition by Kelly D. Smith

This is a very short (but very good) story about Alyssa and Falan. Alyssa is a twenty-five year old that is protecting the world from zombies and she also happens to be a witch.

Alyssa is able to summon demons to help her in her plight of ridding the world of evil. As Alyssa is outnumbered by zombies, she summons a demon to help her and Falan appears. Falan assists her but there is something in Falan that sparks Alyssa’s interest…….and she summons Falan again….this time just to ask him “questions”.

Needless to say, I don’t think Falan is going anywhere anytime soon……but you will have to read the story to see for yourself.

The story alternates being told between Alyssa’s point of view and Falan’s point of view. I am sure you are saying to yourself, “Booklover, this isn’t your type of normal read!” Au contraire, my friends, I must have left something out of my review.

Yes, this is the first book of the series so clearly there is more to come. However, the author doesn’t leave the book on a cliffhanger. You could easily enjoy this short light read, be happy, and not need the next book. I dare you to try it and see how you feel about it!

The story will be available on Amazon on February 9, 2016. You can pre-order the book on Amazon now HERE!

I give this book 3.5 out of 4 “imps”. See rating system HERE!

If you aren’t into witches, demons and zombies, don’t judge this book based on that because you will be missing out on a great short story that leaves you wanting more. TRUST ME ON THIS!
